This Custom Order Policy contains important information that will allow your order to move forward smoothly so by clicking the box, we will assume that you have read the following information in its entirety. Creating custom bling apparel and other products is far more complicated than purchasing a pre-made item with a stock design or a custom item made with vinyl or other medium. We use thousands of rhinestones in most designs and our rhinestone mockup creation is far more tedious than most as we recreate logos and other designs exactly in full bling placing each dot by hand for our machine to read. For these reasons, we have designed this policy to ensure that you understand the process and what you can expect from us as well as what we expect from you.

The global supply chain is facing many issues including tariffs, strikes and social unrest which are leading to shipment delays and inventory shortages. For this reason, although we are meeting most deadlines, we are UNABLE to guarantee delivery dates at this time as it is more difficult to accurately predict when our supplies will arrive. We will do our best to meet your deadline but we suggest ordering as far in advance as possible to alleviate any issues. Thank you for your understanding.
Due to these same issues within the global supply chain, certain clothing items may have limited availability in inventory and could require substitutions. While prices for substitutions may differ, we will attempt to substitute items within the same price and quality range as the original selection.
Production Turn Around Times can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the type of order, the product ordered, and the season. Turn around times are only approximate. Please allow enough time for the design and approval process as well as the time you will need to get your team's order together. Production Turn Around Times do not reflect shipping time.
Design Turn Around Times may vary and can take up to 10 days or more if your design has over 5,000 stones. Rhinestone designs are a bit different than basic vinyl, glitter, etc designs. Each dot needs to be placed individually to fill the design up and be of high quality. We pride ourselves on exact recreations of logos, mascots, and other designs using multiple sizes of stones that are placed very close together to eliminate spacing and provide a highly defined rhinestone motif. It does take a bit longer than other types of designs. We also have only one designer and receive multiple team orders daily so paid orders or paid designs are produced in the order in which they come in. We ask for your patience while we create your bling art.
As we offer free mockups with paid orders that can be revised until you approve, any requests for mockups before an order is placed will incur a $30 design fee PER design. We do have design packages for 3, 5, or 10 designs. This design fee DOES NOT go towards the order.
You certify that you have permission to use or recreate any logos or designs that you provide to us.
We Do Bling retains license of any and all mockups unless a licensing fee is negotiated and paid. Purchaser may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works, transmit, sell or offer it for sale, or in any way exploit our designs or be subject to litigation.
Invoices must be paid in full before supplies are ordered and production begins. Orders are produced based on payment date. We are usually booked so please submit your payment at your earliest convenience to ensure you are entered into our production schedule in a timely manner.
Please check your invoice and any provided lists or spreadsheets BEFORE paying to ensure that all items, spelling, quantities, special requests, etc are correct. We may not be able to make changes once an order is paid and cannot make changes once an order has entered into production.
At this time, sales tax will be charged to Ohio and Pennsylvania residents only (Sales tax on non-clothing items for PA). It is up to customers in other states to determine if they are liable for use tax in their state. If you are not in OH or PA and tax is showing on your invoice, it will update once you enter your address for billing/shipping purposes.
Shipping costs for custom quotes are estimates only. They may vary and additional shipping charges may become due after completion of the order due to increased product weight, changes in pricing from the carrier service, or expedited shipping requested by the customer. If rush shipping is needed to meet a deadline, that will incur further costs.
We cannot accept responsibility for damages or loss of any kind resulting from negligence by the shipping carrier.
Size charts are available upon request. The customer assumes all risk for apparel fit. As most products are custom-made and printed on demand, we cannot refund or exchange items due to customer errors such as ordering the wrong size. Please refer to the sizing chart provided for accurate sizing. Again we cannot refund or exchange for sizes chosen by the customer. Fit Kits may be available depending on the product but require a nonrefundable deposit.
As with all custom garments, it is challenging to achieve exact uniformity in every item so there may be slight variations from the dimensions listed on the size chart. When manufacturing garments there is a thing called “tolerance”, which is basically a small threshold within which product measurements may vary. This means that it's standard practice for an item of clothing to have a slight variation in sizing specs. There will be no refunds given for tolerance.
We will match colors as closely as possible but with fabric and dye differences, an exact match is not guaranteed.
All custom items with names, numbers, or other personalization will be printed based on your provided list or spreadsheet. We are not responsible for misspellings, wrong numbers, or other mistakes, errors, and omissions made by you on your provided list. Please check any provided lists thoroughly before paying your invoice.
A We Do Bling representative may need to contact you concerning your mockup or order in general. Please be sure to check your email and monitor your phone calls. Delayed communication may also delay your order and potentially your delivery date as well.
All custom order sales are final other than mistakes made by our team. While we attempt to make every item correctly, we are only human. In the event that a mistake is made by our team, we will do our best to make it right!
We know that you are excited about your order as are we but we ask that you PLEASE LIMIT emails asking for order updates. We are a full time operation with a small team and we give each custom order special focus and have instituted a distraction free zone during production. This means we are likely not on our phones or laptops much of the time. If it is necessary to email or message about your order, please allow us time to respond.
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time for any reason we see fit without prior notice.
